Splash N Dash Now Open

Sterling Properties Group, Inc. is pleased to have assisted our long-time client, Splash-N-Dash Car Wash, in the site selection and acquisition of their new location at 5138 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington, North Carolina (Monkey Junction Area)!

This site is in the southern part of Wilmington where Carolina Beach Road merges with S. College Road.  In addition to phenomenal traffic counts, this site positions Splash N Dash in a major retail node (Monkey Junction) which features notable retailers such as Walmart Supercenter, Lowes Home Improvement, The Home Depot, and Lowe’s Foods.

Residents of Wilmington now have the convenience of this second Splash-N-Dash car wash which joins their first successful location at 5044 Market Street.

Express Oil Change

Express Oil joins Quick Trip, Lidl Grocery, and AquaWave car wash in the Christenbury Crossing retail development at the intersection of Concord Mills Blvd/Christenbury Pkwy and Derita Rd.

Summit Family Dentistry

Sterling Properties Group is honored to have assisted Summit Family Dentistry in securing the ideal location for its new dental practice in Denver, North Carolina (Greater Charlotte MSA).

Better Dental

Splash-N-Dash

Mike Payne and Ed Umstead wanted to get in the car wash business with the plan of getting a solid first location and expanding into multiple locations from there. Their industry research led them to Sonny’s—the largest carwash equipment seller in the U.S. The partners both live in Georgia and wanted to start their car wash venture in Wilmington, NC where they each had sons that could run the operations.  They needed a site selection specialist that could review the entire Wilmington market and find the right first location with the hope that this would lead to further expansion.

Merry Maids

The owners of the Charlotte area Merry Maids franchise had leased their Class-C office space in South Charlotte for almost 20 years. They enjoyed the location and the below-market rent but overtime it became cramped and the Landlord became less responsive to their most basic maintenance requests. MerryMaids needed to move into a newer and larger space with a Landlord that was attentive to its tenants.
