Sterling Properties Group is pleased to have advised our long-time client, Blue Sky Car Wash, on its recent acquisition of the former QuikTrip located at 2185 Beaver Ruin Road in Norcross, Georgia. Blue Sky is converting the former gas station site into an express exterior car wash. Hats off to Jarrett Senkbeil of OnSite Civil Group and Craig Condra of The Arbor Companies (general contractor) for designing and building another excellent project for Blue Sky.
