Sterling Properties Group, Inc. is pleased to have assisted our long-time client, Splash-N-Dash Car Wash, in the site selection and acquisition of their new location at 5138 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington, North Carolina (Monkey Junction Area). In addition to phenomenal traffic counts, this site positions Splash N Dash in a major retail node.
Greenway Express Car Wash
SPG recently represented its longtime client, Greenway Express Car Wash in the acquisition of Premier Car Wash located at 410 N. Main Street in Mauldin, SC. Greenway will rebrand the operation and rehab the car wash facility including upgraded pay stations and other equipment. These changes should be completed sometime in early 2019.
Commercial Land Investment
SPG was pleased to represent Keith Lavarnway in the recent purchase of 13.4 acres of commercial land at 3270 Deans Bridge Rd. in Augusta, GA. The property features over 975’ of frontage, has access to all utilities and is zoned for a broad range of commercial uses. Keith plans to hold the property for future development.
